If you would like to register a yacht for The MYBA Selection please complete the form below.

Priority will be given to MYBA member firms’ CAs wishing to register to The MYBA Selection, then to non-MYBA firms with CA Agreements, then to independents who will go on a waiting list once they have registered and paid. Independents will be confirmed as participating at a later date.

EXHIBITOR INVOICING DETAILS

Please provide the invoicing address and EU VAT number if applicable, or the application will not be processed. 19.6% VAT automatically will be applied to all companies based in France and Monaco, and to EU Companies which are not VAT registered.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Applications are only valid when completed in full and cleared funds have been received. These funds will be returned if the application is unsuccessful or if the application is withdrawn prior to confirmation of acceptance.
  • Following receipt of application and payment, all yachts will be placed on a waiting list pending acceptance by The MYBA Selection Committee
  • Acceptance will be confirmed by the Selection Committee as soon as feasible following application
  • The MYBA Selection Committee reserves the right to reject an application or to request further information on a yacht, should it consider that the yacht does not meet the appropriate criteria for entry
  • Upon written acceptance of yacht’s entry the following cancellation policy will apply:
    Prior to midnight on September 17, 2009: 50% refund
    Prior to midnight on September 24, 2009: 25% refund
  • For confirmed yachts, registration is transferable to an alternative yacht, subject to approval by The MYBA Selection committee.

I hereby certify that the above-mentioned yacht is genuinely offered for sale through my company’s Central Agency. I agree to accept all Committee decisions made regarding the yacht’s acceptance, or otherwise, to The MYBA Selection. *
